Yes. In certain designated area for play area, they may not be allowed. It is a pet friendly Park . They have to be on leash at all time.
There are small areas just outside the swim area where dogs can go. These areas are still sandy, and I've brought my dog there several times. As long as you stay outside the designated swim areas (marked by an orange tube), you'll be fine.
Not sure. I wouldn't recommend it though. There are old fishing hooks everywhere.
Don't think they're allowed to swim. Signs are posted regarding leash requirements and beach restrictions.
