Chase, I would suggest looking at the artists' portfolios online and seeing which one you like the styling of best. It's hard to say who would be best because each of them are amazing and each have a different style. Personally, I go to Johnny Two Times there for my work, but everyone has a different idea of what the best is. Hope this helped!
