I dont have an iPhone, I was there for my iPod. I didn't have an appt, I lucked out, only 30 min wait to be xalled in. Then about 10 min for a rep to help me. There were loads of folks waiting, but all in all, it was fairly quick. If short on time, make appt. Hope this helps.
It depends, my recommendation is to make an appointment (they usually book about a week out) to come in. Then you'll just need to wait the repair time after seeing a technician which averages at 2 hours, but could be longer if they are busier
