I am considering laser surgery. Duke Hospital was told that it's rated The Best in North Carolina, with this been said, laser surgery and who is qualifed?. If not what hospital do you recommend.

I really can't answer specifically, I've been to Duke Hospital several times, living nearby, but I'm no expert. I'd ask your doctor.
