This review refers to the optical shop & not the medical. WARNING: If you purchase frames/lenses & return them you will pay a 25% restocking fee of the total sale price (before any insurance). At the time of purchase I asked what the return policy was and was told 90 days--no mention of the 25% restocking fee---very deceptive business practice. NCEENT did not respond to my inquiries & when I did reach them, they would do nothing about the $178.00 restocking fee. This is all after I paid a lot of money for eye surgery! So, think twice about using any of their optical shops.

I have been a patient here for many years for both eyes and more recently for hearing aids. After many false starts I finally got someone to talk to and tried to schedule a hearing test and hearing aid minor repair. I was told that I would need to have a referral from my primary care Doctor before a test could be scheduled, nothing was said about the repair to my device. These hearing aids were very expensive and are not serviced by anyone else. If it weren't for the cost of my hearing aids I'd find another practice! I'm very frustrated at the moment. It used to be a good place to go. 8/8/22 update: This issue has been corrected and everything is now working as it should.

Original review: Not very friendly, doctor seemed rushed, distracted, and uninterested (seemed burdened by my asking him to clarify whether my glasses Rx was different to my previous one, which seems like a basic Q), office generally not very helpful. Updated: Knocked off another star after getting an unpleasant surprise of a $150 bill. I already paid an $80 co-pay and my insurance covered a reasonable amount for a routine eye exam. It is cheaper go somewhere else without insurance.

Rude, semi-incompetent staff that are still worried about face coverings while adjusting glasses! More than 6 months it has been and still cannot get contact lenses correct. Put the test pair of lenses in a solution while fitting new glasses that caused burning when put back in eyes. Just horrible and on power trips. Will be demanding a refund and will never go back. One nice employee or two, others just bitter and angry at life. Stay away! Do not recommend. Zero stars if possible.

Hi Jah! Yes, we accept United Health Care. In most cases, we remove tonsil stones the same day in our office. However, the doctor will need to see you to determine if same day removal is best for you.
