Yes you can sit down there! It's sort of cafeteria style. Amazing amazing food though. Tons of different options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Coffees, teas, smoothies, desserts, you name it!
Like going to Moes, you get a buzzer and get your own food. They do a good job overall.
