It does have income requirements but they tell u u cant make over what amount and u cant get in if u have anything on ur back ground and i got a three bedroom at 795 it goes by income

The complex is income restricted, and could also be converted low income housing. The upper income limit is 2.5 times monthly rent on the unit you want.
That sounds about right. I think it just depends on the renter.
