I bought a smart tv earlier this year and when I turned it on today there's a 4 inch shadow on the top of the picture. Does anyone know how to fix the problem??

If you bought it at Costco, I believe they ha e a 180 day return policy. Double check with then.

You probably still have a warrant on it

I believe that TVs only have a 90-day return policy. I would still try to return it, just in case, but the TV may actually still have time left on the manufacturer's warranty. Did you happen to buy the extended warranty?

Best bet is to return it like Robert has suggested, if at all possible.

Costco has a very liberal return policy I'd take it back.

If within 90 days (for electronics) , you can return it and pick up a new one.
