The only reason I am giving this place one star is because the nurse and staff were very nice.As a mom of a UDEL student that had no choice but to go to urgent care due to overbooked medical office on campus and was feeling ill.She was treated by a Dr Patel that treated her so condescending and downright mean.Doctor did not care she was asthmatic or had other underlying issues.Shame on people like this that dress as caretakers but have no compassion for the patient that is counting on them to treat them.I would rather drive 2 hours to pick her up and bring her to a real doctor before I let her go hear again.Disgraceful!!!This place is a lawsuit waiting to happen!!

It's very unfortunate that such a great place does not bill correctly. Time after time we get contact by collection agencies because Urgent Care refuses to submit our insurance correctly, even though Urgent Care takes a copy of our insurance each time we are seen. In addition, they are not mailing out bills therefore, it goes to collections. This happens very often even though we have brought it to their attention several times. This has happened so many time, this place of business refuses to file insurance claims timely and accurately as well as mail out billing.

I was 100 happy with the staff at the Urgent care , Unfortunately, sending me to St. Frances was a nightmare! I’m still in pain and just follow ups & paperwork???. I wish I could have stayed at Urgent Care.
