New to the area, Christina Mill Apt Reps Violet and Haylee were extremely pleasant and attentive. They timely addressed all my questions and concerns.

I have lived at Christina Mill Apartments for 3 years and continue to do so. I would argue this is one of the best if not the best apartment complexes to live in near Newark for several reasons. First is their pet policy (which is somewhat rare in Newark apartments). This allowed me and my girlfriend to get an amazing puppy. Along with that pet policy comes the open land that surrounds the apartment complex. There are actual fields basically for our puppy to run around as well as a dog park. There also are woodland trails that border the complex that are perfect for long walks. My second reason for loving this complex is the amenities. While some other complexes in Newark do have pools, tennis courts, and gyms (which Christian mills has a well), Christina Mills is unique with its vegetable garden and indoor fireplaces. The fireplaces are amazing for snowy winter nights and truly allow Christina Mills to stand out. Finally, my third reason is the more mundane reason but it makes the day-to-day life in Christina Mills comfortable. The apartment complex itself stands out with excellent service. Maintenance responds fast to even the smallest issues and has them fixed perfectly. Plus they are friendly faces that you will see constantly around the complex which will make you feel at ease when allowing them into your home. Speaking of feeling at ease, in my three years here there hasn’t been a single criminal situation besides maybe a package going missing. That is even rare though due to the complex's lockboxes in the clubhouse. Finally, Admin is cordial and quick to respond to issues. Overall my experience at Christina Mills has been amazing and any issues have been handled eagerly and professionally. I love living here and will be sad the day I have to move out.
