I couldn't access my Starbucks App & although I purchased a new card & put funds on It, I was told @ the store that I wouldn't get the points later on. Wasn't worried because every time I've had to call customer service, they've been totally helpfully & always made up for ANY loss I reported (no matter how long it took for me to complain). They never doubted what I said!! Although this doesn't answer your question directly, you can count on them making things right, no matter the issue!!! Fabulous customer service!
They always answer the the phone. Try that.
Most issues are resolved at the customer care desk.
Call the store directly; or walk in abd sometimes they can aew you then, or they will make you a appointment.
