Good Morning, no appointment is necessary to apply for a marriage license. The Tarrant County Vital Records office in the Southlake Town Square is open from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday-Friday. If you have any questions, please call our main office at: 817-884-1550. Thanks.
Not sure if you can make an appointment but I saw 2 couples just walk in to get their marriage license.
