The should definitely be able to accommodate. I went to an indoor Christmas party with lots of people there. They have huge rooms upstairs and downstairs.

My son was married there this past summer. It was dangerously hot, and we were disappointed not being able to make use of the grounds. However, we had a wonderful indoor wedding and reception. All's well....
Of course they can do indoor ceremonies! When my son got married this Summer, they said that if it rained the ceremony would be downstairs. It was a very pretty room just used for that purpose! All they have to do is move the chairs inside with all the flowers and the arch! Not a problem!!!
