I went there for Doordash pickup at 9PM but the doors were closed only drive-thru was open though it was the working hours. When I asked one of the employee why did you locked the door she responded very rudely and said even the Doordash have to go in drive-thru

I pulled into the drive thru this morning placed an order for two breakfast sandwiches and a hash brown and when I got to the window I had to wait. After the wait I ended up with the wrong order. As with any place else it doesn't pay to complain anymore. People just don't care. If it's worth doing it's worth doing right. Don't let the face lift on this building full of you. Customer service is definitely lacking here. The people taking the orders just don't pay attention. I guess I will just start making my breakfast at home. I gave them one star but after the experience this morning that is probably 1 * too many.

Whenever I’m in Monroe, I love stopping at the McDonald’s! It’s super clean, and the atmosphere is great! The workers do a great job, and the food is fresh here. The fries are always hot and crispy. When I used to work here, I stopped by all the time. McDonald’s knows what there doing! Super fast service too. I love using the app and getting the extra deals. My food is ready when I walk in. Keep up the good work McDonald’s!

This McD's restaurant is one of the cleanest & nicest one I have been too in our local Fairfield county area. Food is always hot, fresh & hardly any long wait times. Drive-thru is quick & easy. They will also bring your food to you if there is a bit of a wait time. There is handicapped parking right at front area, along with wheelchair accessible. Great local place for everyone young & old.
