Dr Shields is amazing. He replaced both my knees.. Then the therapists that helps me recover were the best.. The whole team is top knotch

Hi I am not sure ? I would look at excelsior's web site and see which doctor specialize in shoulder surgery. But I think they all do it ? Bill
