I don't know the rent as I was only there to see my stepmother. However, when my wife and I moved up here, 38 years ago, this is the first place we leaved for 3 years before buying our first home. And it was a great place to live and great for our kids as well, but I can only say that my stepmother has leaved there about 6 years and loves it.
