I have a package cycling back to the Phila Dist Center? It arrived there &departed (next day back). 3 days later departed. On its way back now. Local PO said she would call but also that no one answers phone at Center.

Do it go out to the local office? If so tell that office to hold the package and call you. This way you and the office can correct the problem together.

It supposed to deliver to local USPS where u live. If it not arrive possible person write wrong address...
