First of all, When did they send it to you ? Did you apply for regular delivery? I always suggest Express delivery. Contact with them if it's more than a month. Also, You have to understand an important thing in here. You have to contact with them if your passport has been lost. Because it might put you in danger if someone with a wrong mind recieves your passport.
