I have called to make an appointment many times and each time told there are no appointments. I need to apply for survivors benefits and can't do that online. What can I do????

If you can, print off whatever papers you need to bring a fill them out. Go down early because there can be a long line. Have a mask with you to wear and either tell the lady what you are there for or use the kiosk if she's not. Make sure you have your identification cards and anything else you will need. Pay attention when they call out numbers or you will lose out. Depending on how many windows are open, will make your visit short or long. Hope this helped

I believe you can go in and make an appointment on the kiosk. Otherwise check for the forms needed and complete and take them up there in person. I needed to have a name change and was there for about an hour and a half.
