The agreement was to cut down the tree and remove it. He completed the transaction and was paid without removing it. I did contact customer service for a month. They couldn’t get him to remove it. I finally just got my money back and had to have another company remove the tree. Glad you have a good experience, mine was a nightmare.
I don't know what yoyr agreement was with the lawn care professional so, you should contact Lawnstarter's customer service dept. My experience with the has been very positive. When I had issues theyvworked very quickly to get them resolved.
