Arrivals
There is a section of the airport marked for arrivals. Best spot is in front of this section. You aren't allowed to park your vehicle there, so you'll have to stay with it. Also, arrive as close to their arrival time as possible as the time you're allowed to loiter there is limited and enforced by the police.
At the arrivals. If you get there on time, you can hover for few minutes until they are out. Or, you can drive out and back if they are not ready
Or have them do Uber or Lyft
