I am going on vacation and need to drop off my wife and wanted to know if I can maneuver to the departures gates while pulling my 19 foot boat?

There is plenty of room for drop-offs. There are several lanes and they are wide enough also. Safe travels.

I would think that should be fine. Large departure drop off area.
