Hi there! Masks are required for all guests, unless they are under the age of 10 or actively jumping. The rule is one person per trampoline, so there's natural physical distancing that happens while jumping. So, when you enter the building or are not jumping, we ask guests to wear a mask. When guests are jumping, they do not have to wear masks. Thanks for reaching out!
Policy I was told is 10 years & under do not have to wear masks. But I saw others who were actively jumping not wearing masks, which is reasonable in my opinion...
