So there's nothing wrong with the gym it self it's ok But the cancellation process sucks not as bad at fitness connection but I remember when I joined I asked how is the cancellation process the lady told me just come up here and cancel (of course not gonna mention the cancellation fee🙄🙄🙄) so I thought oh wow great seems so easy so I go in last night to cancel and they tell me since it has not been a year that I've had the membership I have to pay a buy out or something and that will be $50 🙄 and plus for the month if I didn't wanna be charged for this month I would of had to come in Oct 10 I'm like .....wow of course there is always a F@$+ING catch ! 🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️

Attended this gym for two years, or so. I cancelled my membership some months ago. Seeing the disrespect they had, towards multiple members, in 2020, was enough to cancel, back then. I stuck-it-out until 2022, though. There are issues with cleanliness, especially the Men's restroom. They have upgraded some machines, but it's really just a shift in composition, because there are still issues with way too many of certain exercises, and way too few of others. I usually tried to avoid busy hours, because this is a part of town with the potential to run into some unstable people. In the past decade of attending gyms, only at this location have I encountered aggressive people. At busy times, you have a higher chance of encountering folks, with no gym manners, or busy-bodies. They downgraded their 24hr policy on the weekends, so it's closed sometimes, now. Coming at night, especially, there is a notable homelessness problem in this area, because of the plasma bank across the street. I haven't had any serious problems, but sometimes guys would walk up to my car as I'm parking, asking for money. Sometimes they are just waiting in the lot, late at night. Not really a safe environment, and I have never seen the police patrolling, or doing anything about it. Black Card membership is a scam, btw... if you go to other gyms, you have to do extra steps and give reasons why you are attending someplace other than your "home gym". It's also overpriced for what it gives. The lowest membership is all you really need. I tried to downgrade my membership a couple times, and they made it difficult to do so. You can't handle your membership online, or over the phone, and if you go in-person, you have to talk to a manager, who is often not there, or only there during certain times of the day. When I learned that the hard way, after multiple failed attempts, I told someone I'd just initiate chargebacks, and they said we had a contract, and I would owe a debt, if I did that. Pretty scummy way of doing business. That was the tipping-point, so I decided to cancel, and they made me pay for an extra month, before doing so, which was also a bit after the yearly fee. Just very deceptive and disrespectful business practices. It's generally cheap, as many gyms go, and works for what it is, but I will pay more to go somewhere else, that maybe doesn't have some of these problems, and deceptive systems in-place. Right now, I'm going to Workout Anytime, in Arlington. I might just start buying home equipment, though, for how much any of these gyms cost over a long period of time.

I love PF. Best gym membership I’ve ever had. Black card member and able to use all of the many PF locations in the DFW. Very happy that the pandemic is officially behind us and normal business hours have resumed.
