I'm not sure. I've never used their site. If you paid by debit card, go online & check your account. It will post immediately. Hope this helps.

You would have to go to www.myfexaccount.com and register for free and fill out information they are asking for and you would be able to see your payment etc..... Hope this was helpful to you.
