Not a good experience.

I drove 2 hours for a Mazda that when I arrived, was told that someone had wired money for it and that it was already sold. Didn't update the website or offer an apology. Not friendly and quick to just leave us.

They had the cars listed on their website! THAT'S a big deal! Great vehicles, no hidden issues, no hidden fees. Test drive and purchase were quick and easy!

Workers are nice, but I wouldn't buy from them again. Bought a car that's truly worth about 8k for 12k due to the market being ridiculous and me being desperately in need of another car. Can't fault them for the terrible market, but this car I bought for $12k has cost me an extra $3k so far just in repairs for things that realistically should have been noticed if the car was inspected. Loose radiator hose/clamp, AC line that was rubbing enough to cause a hole in it not 3 weeks after I bought the car. I've not even put 2000 miles on it, and it's cost me my entire savings from the past 6 months. Go buy your car from CarMax.

There are all prices
No.
Proof of ID/current residence (for plates). You only need proof of insurance if you choose to set up your own financing, because there will be a lien on the vehicle. If you buy a vehicle outright, you assume ownership and take full responsibility of it. This is the rule of buying a car anywhere.
I don't believe so, but, you might be able to make an appt to purchase if you call the manager. Take advantage of their website. Have an idea of what you want before heading up there. It will make the visit so much faster, as they are a "no hassle" dealer. By no hassle, I mean they will do nothing more than greet you, unless you request anything. You can view all inventory there and, unlike most other car lots, the pictures are not "watered down", filtered vehicles. What you see is what you get. Their service department is superb; unlike any other used/cash car lot out there. Yes, I've bought from them. The worst thing I encountered was a coolant hose that wasn't secured into it's retainer clip. I pointed it out during our viewing/test drive, and the sales guy secured the hose for us before we left. Cransh is firm on their pricing, just so you know. But, the attention their vehicles receive prior to sale makes it well worth it.
They're pretty firm on the prices but very reasonable. They also address most issues in their shop. I couldn't have been happier with them. They really went above and beyond with us.
