You will probably need a US birth certificate or passport and two documents for proof of residency. Go to dps.texas.gov and you can see what documents you can use

You need to bring US passport or Greencard, fill out an adult TX driver license application, you can download online. Social security card, Proof of residency as phone or utilities bill. have ID card? should bring with you too. It's the same when you apply for ID card.

I think they will take that they are currently still closed for everything but CDL testing
