Not everyone is eligible to renew online.
You can't renew your license on line but you can get an appointment with them online, it makes it easier when you get appointment before going.
How to make an appointment
Because they have not enabled that option What I did was select "service is not listed or license isn't eligible" get that slot and then go to DMV to get your work done. At that day you can always get anything done renew , change address etc. Works trust me. 🤘🏿
