You Will never get anyone on the phone.go to the one in Grand prairie you will NOT HAVE A PROBLEM AT ALL.

I visited the Grand Prairie office and everyone that works there is WONDERFUL. I heard an employee taking phone calls and answering questions the whole time I was waiting today. You might try calling their direct number.
