I know those who don’t have appointments, get in the line the same day and they get the tickets to enter the DPS. I have an upcoming appointment. Do I get to enter the DPS if I arrive 30 mins early on the day of my appointment? Or do I still need to come

You need to arrive at your scheduled time. I would get there 15 minutes before.
