thank you,it is an important question. we treat all of our customers with great respect,and the question of refunds is varied and on a case by case basis. did we give you the wrong part? did you buy a part and later discovered you didn't need it? did the part not function? is a restock fee applied if the labor was extensive to pull it for you.? did you ask for a part and gave us the wrong information for your application? or did we just mess up the order. we are parts professionals and it is our job to service the customer and save them money on repairs.
