6:25pm-6:45pm where I stay in the 75149 mail route. Lazy to the point that they don't even get out of the truck if it's hot not a midday heat but end of the day, bad but not so bad heat at dusk heat... And if you have a vehicle parked in the immediate area of your mailbox post you can forget about it bruh. They are on to the next house's mail receptacle and our car obstructing them from having access as the justification for the bs.
