I am moving. You have to call them in order to discontinue service. There is no way to get through to them. Is this for real?
I have also emailed them. No answer. Has anyone been able to stop service successfully?

I am able to stop service via the online portal. You select 'Move In/Move Out' button and select the date you want to stop service. Hope this helps.
