Why do you NOT return phone calls and follow up with a client when you are still the Atty for the life time medical portion?

I believe it was the person that was under my attorney. I left many messages because it always went to this persons voice mail. The few times I was able to speak to a live person I was helped. I even called once from the hospital before I was having surgery and no answer. Sorry that it reflected so badly on the attorney

Since the question from an annonymous person I cannot address them specifically; however, we generally answer calls within 24 hours. I regret the difficulty faced by people whose medical care gets denied and we go through great lengths to help people get treatment, even which it is denied. As to person with a life-time award, we rountinely assist cleint's whose case have been resolved decades ago. I recently assited a client whose injury occurred whcih I was in grade school! That said, I cannot exclude that some individual did not get a call back, in which case I would invite him or her to call and leave a message for me personally and I will see if we can assist.

Maybe they just don't like you for some reason or find you irritating . Because they have allways returned my calls and I haven't been a client since 1982!!! Anyway no offense I'm just saying......good luck
