I am handicapped. I require oxygen 24/7. Can I use my battery operated portable oxygen concentrator inside? It is small but makes a mechanic pumping sound.

You can take your portable O2 with you anywhere you need to! Movies are loud enough that the small, frequent bursts of air the concentrator kicks out should interfere with anyone's viewing/hearing of the movie!
