How is the seating?

Seating is varied. VIP is upstairs. Around the rim is a row of theatre style seats with armrests. Behind that are boxes that have 4 padded seats without armrests with a small table. Behind the boxes are counters that have stools. VIP also has its own bathrooms and bar with service to seats.

How much does it cost if you want to be seated?

There is actual seating if you can get the VIP tickets. They are limited

There is only standing room, except for the seats on the upper level. That's how it was when I saw Social Distortion back in March.
