Everyone has a life outside of work and if all the work is completed even you at the end of a day want to get out on time , you may have felt hurried but the general staff ( week days ,week afternoon) I haven't experienced this behavior , however if you have been a customer for this long then you know' GUY " the owner ? Express your concerns , he'll listen.
They are usually very nice up there. I'm sorry this happened to you!
