Reasonable rates and they have moorage for sailboats.
Transient boats $20/day <40ft, $25 if longer. Dock is $25/day <40ft and goes up slightly from there. There is technically no limit to how long you can stay as a transient, but for one of the long term non-transient moorings you need to be a member.
