Reasonable rates and they have moorage for sailboats.
No boats for hire at MBYC, sorry. During the summer there are classes but that's the closest. This weekend is the harbor fest in Morro Bay, as well as a yacht club bay race Sunday. You might be able to crew or ask for a ride from a member on their boat if you come by in the morning, or for happy hour Friday
No, unfortunately you can't rent a yacht for a weekend. Red anchor charters can take you out for a few hours and they are in Morro Bay as well. The yacht club has small boat sailing classes in the summer, or if you come to happy hours on Friday evenings you might find someone willing to take you out.
