Short of a golf cart injury out a sprained ankle, I can't see why someone would get injured. There is an emphasis on gun safety and both the range officers and your fellow shooters will reminded you that if you carry your gun won't or something.
Not that I know of
Sporting clays is quite safe. They run a well maintained range and the RSO's are always on patrol making sure we all follow the rules. I saw nothing there that would concern me.
I got a paper cut once.
Not to my knowledge. Range officers start groups out ensuring they follow all safety guidelines. And are circulating the course constantly to ensure safe practices. Occasionanlly instructing guests to correct any deficiencies they observe. I have never witnessed a major safety violation and I shoot weekly year round.
