Why is this location extremely slow?

Sometimes when i walk in a place,i go right to the bathroom and it tells me everything i need to know.if the bathroom is not clean,then why would i eat there and it says something is wrong with the staff they don't care about their jobs.this is why it's extremely slow there to much playing and no work get done,it looks like a job for Mr Clean.lol
