Please ask for our Tim, our ReStore Manager. He will be able to help you with anything you need. You might have encountered one of our volunteers who had limited knowledge of our ReStore or other programs. We're sorry you had a less than perfect experience at our store. Again, please ask for the manager next time you are at the store.
Ther is only one full time person there and he is the manager. Ive been dealing with him for over 3 years and have ALWAYS found him very profesional and helpful. Thats why they brought him in from the south Fort Worth store. There are, on occasion, some part-time/volunteer personell. You may have gotten one of them while he was on break. Im sure that he will look into the situation for you.
You need to ask for a manager boss the people that work there only part-time
