Is this location really busy? I went to a local DMV and there had to be 150 people on line at 8am. I was told some slept in a beach chair the night before.

No, around last month I left Medford DMV between 9ish and 10ish after finding out that they were doing just registration. I got to Salem 45 minutes later. I was inside within an hour doing up my paperwork. I honestly don't know about now though.
