That's not a question and you can always ask for clean utensils or plastic ones...depending on how they stack them in the machine they may come out dirty. They are pretty packed and short staffed.
That is why I do not eat at any IHOP. I have had too many bad experiences, I am tired of complaining and no action taken. I make my own pancakes at home when I feel like eating pancakes.
