Does this hospital really care about their patients and their situations? Because I need to get find a better hospital, my current one doesn't let me reach my doctor when I need to speak to her and when I do see my doc, she never gets my messages.

The experience here is quite a great one, my doctor, Jesus Rodriguez is a very pleasant young man and I think you will get all the attention you desire from even the other doctors and staff too

I have nothing bad to say about Provident. I have a great doctor. First visit, he spent a surprisingly long time with me. To get to know me & to get to know my history. Also, very little wait time, and saw the doctor at my appointment time.
