If you're asking about getting free groceries from the First Baptist Church then you only have to have a current bill with your current driver's license or Texas identity card same address the current bill would have to be the month that you go for instance if you go in July you will need electric water or gas or rental agreement for you to get qualified in July or any month and bring alone updated bill. I agree with Mary Wallace and Kimberly McKinney. Go to ur local post office and ask for a change of address card. Then change ur address to ur i.d. And when u have a bill in ur name to ur address take that and ur i.d. And they will be glad to help.?And Even if u don't have it on ur i.d yet but have it on ur lease that's fine as long as it's a bill
