Hello Debbie, I'm not sure if they spay kittens that are brought in by the owner. I would suggest calling the shelter to ask that question. Great for you wanting to spay and keep the kitten. I'm sure you'll have a great life together ♡

You need to go to a veterinarian outside the shelter but they may have coupons to help the cost. Some vets run specials too.
