The worst customer service location of AT&T in United States of America. All they were trained to do is to sell you cell phone nothing more. Christo Rosales is the worst customer service associate I ever encounter, unprofessional, arrogant, rude, very purposes, self centered, ....Mr too know.("15 years experience of ripping,and scamming customers) Please avoid going to this location if possible......they won't help you to solve your problem , instead they will frustrate you.....They were programmed to say only one thing...buy phone......

Our rep wasn't very helpful, she didn't explain anything to us, she just grabbed phone and activates them, never went over pricing, how to actual swap devices, nothing. She didn't even verify phones worked properly before she left us, which one was not. I asked another rep that was jog busy for support and he got upset that I bothered him. Very poor experience.
