Then dumped st Pvac yesterday. If I get her can you rescue? I can drive her down. She’ll be iilledvthere ASAP. Or she’ll get sick, respiratory, distemper, parvo. The conditions are awful

I'm not exactly sure what you mean but if you bring an animal to Tri-City they will rescue!
