They have a feature where you can order anything you need online and go pick it up the next day without having to shop inside. If the phone disconnected within 2 seconds, it was probably a bad connection on their end and there is no way for them to call you back to apologize.
Calling back helps them correct their problems, they can't fix what they don't know.
